The Israelites chose to turn away from God and live in idolatry and sin. As a result, God brought judgment upon them through their enemies. Eventually, God, in His mercy, used Gideon to deliver them from their enemies once they chose to return to Him. We will all reap what we sow. Are you reaping in righteousness?
