Even in Christian life, difficulty is inevitable. Jesus told his disciples, “In this world ye shall have tribulation,” and two thousand years later, we can all agree that His words were accurate.

When Paul wrote to the Thessalonians, he acknowledged that they, too, were facing distress and afflictions. But he was quick to tell them that God had provided a resource for them in their times of trouble. We’ll examine those resources and the right response to trouble in this morning’s message.
